Due to popular demand, Cardio Boxing is expanding, with a new Wednesday session now added to the Term 1 timetable at Club Armstrong.

This high-energy class combines boxing-inspired combinations with heart-pumping cardio to build strength, boost fitness, and shake off the day. It’s fast-paced, empowering, and designed to leave you feeling stronger, sharper, and fully switched on.
