Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive style of yoga where all the poses are done either seated or using a chair for balance. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to improve mobility, flexibility and strength—without having to get up and down from the floor. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, easing into movement, or just looking for a mindful way to stretch and reset, this class is for you.

No yoga experience needed, just come along to breathe, stretch, and feel your best.
